About Conference Manager™

Conference Manager™ is a unique product which in a very simple way enables you to handle registrations and administration of courses, conferences, presentations, fairs, workshops and the like.


With this system you can plan and administer the event down to even the slightest detail, in exactly the same way professionals do. Conference Manager™ is used by event-offices, congress service centers and more than 100 Danish conference centers, who make use of the system when planning and holding events for their customers.

Planning is your internal overview of tasks, where you can create memo lists continuously, state deadlines with a reminder, add comments to the different points and mark when the

In Conference Manager TM you decide yourself if you want to create purely a presentation site, or a site for online registration. This is where you write, design and send out invitations and reminders. If you have set up a website the layout from here will be reused. You decide yourself what should be written in the invitations and which participants should receive them. Click here
