The amount of data in the Conference Manager™ system is huge, so there is an automated cleanup function which deletes data for events that are older than 6 months, unless you have a "Backup and copy subscription". With this subscription you can preserve your events for 24 months after the event has been held.
Besides replication of the historical events, this module also gives you easy access to launching future courses. If you e.g. have twelve identical courses, you can create one and clone it eleven times, with a new date, a new venue and a new website name. Then you fast forward to the more exciting tasks of administering signups and payments.
