If you have a support subscription it is free of charge. If not, the support will be invoiced on hourly basis in accordance to the at any time given hourly fee. The invoice will be billed pr. commenced quarter of an hour.

We will gladly speak to you on the phone - but are, however, also very efficient in handling email support. Our clear objective is to handle all enquiries within one hour, so you can count on a quick and efficient assistance. If you write to us in the evening, you might even be able to catch us ready at the keyboard.
