Conference Manager™ is created with user friendliness in focus.
The system is easy to use and has built in guides who help you if you at any point are in need of this.
Built in help functions show you how to use each function, and if by any chance you should feel stuck, our supporters are waiting by the phones - ready to help you.
If you, despite this, should feel the need to be guided through the entire system from a - z, and hereby also learn how to handle more complex functions, we continuously hold courses, that you can sign up for here on this site.
Our courses have two different target groups:
"Conference Manager™ Professional" (PCO license), targets conference coordinators and staff members on conference centres, event agencies, congress centres and the like, who work professionally with managing and holding conferences for clients.
The professional courses will naturally take you through the product in detail, but also show you, as a conference business, how to give your end client access to Conference Manager™ and support them and thus strengthen client loyalty and create value for your end client.

"Conference Manager™ Expert user" (CME), which is targeted for companies that by themselves hold courses, conferences, events, sales meetings, presentations and the like. The course gives you a detailed insight in “best practice” within conference- and course management, so you can avoid the time-consuming pitfalls.
You will become an expert user of Conference Manager™ and will return with revived energy to efficiently and non-problematically manage the entire process. See list of certified participants

All courses are finished with a test. If you pass the test, you are certified and a certificate will be sent to you, after the course. Moreover you will subsequently get access to contact our support cost-free for up to 3 months after finished course participation.
The courses are held on week days from 9.00 – 16.00 and include food.
The courses are held in Info-Connects own premises and all material and equipment is provided on the day of the course.
