Your participants are always a good source of useful information. Either in the planning of your event or with useful information for evaluation afterwards. As organizer, you can always learn something and improve the event.
Questionnaires in Conference Manager™ can be activated either before or after the holding of your event. Thus, the questionnaires can be used for other purpuses than evaluation.
Questions can be grouped under meaningful headings such as "about the course", "about the lectures" etc. The sort order of the questionnaire can be changed by "drag and drop" sorting. Which means that, the sort order can be changed by simply dragging the question to the right place in the questionaire and dropping.
The questionnaires are an integral part of your registration website so that your design goes continuously through everything you present to your participants. Have you posted a link to the questionnaire, and it has not yet been answered, you also have the to option to send out reminders.
If you have not used tickets for your event, and thus automatically registered who did not show up, you can manually specify which of your subscribers who did not appear. If you wish, you can also differentiate the questionnaire, so those who attended will have one type of questionaire, while no-shows fill out another.
To make it easy for you to analize the information retrieved in the questionaires, you can make your own graphical overviews as well as extracting informaton reports to Excel.
When copying your event, the questionnaires you have created are also included.
