Professional invitations via email

The layout of your website will automatically adapt into your invitations, reminders and confirmations. Your recipients will receive a personalized registration link so they can sign up and make any choices you have set up for them.

You enter your invitations directly into Conference Manager™ and it can automatically merge the recipient's name and a registration link into the invitation. If you want to republish an invitation, you can retrieve it from the archives. The broadcasting guide also allows you to choose whether to invite everyone again, or just participating items loaded in the system since the last broadcast. Recipients already enrolled is automatically separated from the others, so that they are not invited again. Once the participant has signed up, he will automatically receive a confirmation email.

It is also possible to include a "Calendar Integration". Under "Website" you can activate that in addition to the acknowledgment mail there will be sent a separate mail, through which the participant may register the agreement in their calendar. You can define the topic and description text. Date, time and sender of the message is retrieved directly from your event. If you use Microsoft Outlook, you probably already know the message from meeting requests etc.
