In addition to payment options by EAN, invoice and bank transfer we now offer the possibility of credit card payments in Conference Manager™.
Accepting credit card payment, you are guaranteed payment for your customers' participation, from the moment they occupy a space with their reservation. In the payment summary in Conference Manager™ you simply click "Capture" after they have completed their order and the transfer is made through PBS from the customer credit card, and inserted in your account.
With the Payment module, accepting credit card payments will save you the manual work in connection to missed payments and sending out reminders. Using EAN or invoices, we have also improved the system: You can now remind all of the payments which have passe their due date, at one time. And if the person responsible for paynig should wish to pay by card instead (after recieving the invoince), you can, in the credit card module issue a link to that person, where his card can be used for immediate payment.
