Support relating to the use of the system after start-up and is supplied by phone or email. We will guide you completely through your first case.
The Support Pack for "1 year unlimited use" is a subscription taken out for periods of one year and costs DKK 1.800 a year. The Support Pack for "1 event" is paid as a lump sum and is valid for the event it is ordered with (to be held within 2 years.)
